Cosmica Spacelines’ reference to “lifetime interest” and “own your experience” or similar statements imply a financial interest in a wet-lease Lynx, with no title or other explicit ownership granted to the physical vehicle. The Lynx will be operated under the management and responsibility of XCOR Aerospace. Any wet lease operations in non-US territory are subject to export licensing approval of the U.S. Government. Cosmica Spacelines and XCOR Aerospace declines any responsibility or liability for any actions of any third parties or the U.S. Government which may prevent the Lynx spaceplane from operating from a location within the European continent.

Participant flights on the Lynx are subject to successful completion of medical screening, training, payment, and completion of all forms including Informed Consent, Liability Waiver and Indemnification agreement. Illustrations and representations of the Lynx are artist renderings and may not represent the final configuration of the vehicle or its spaceflight operations. XCOR Aerospace reserves the right to modify the design and configuration of the Lynx at their sole discretion.

Cosmica Spacelines reserves the right to change, modify, delete and add to these terms and conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to change, modify, delete and add to this website at anytime. Continued use of this site implies that you have agreed to any updated terms and conditions.
